Breakfast 8.00am – 9.30am
Dinner 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Bar meals 12.00 noon – 3.00pm
Complimentary coffee 11.00am – 11.30am
Complimentary tea 4.00pm – 4.30pm
Meals not taken
We make no reduction for accommodation or meals booked but not taken
A booking fee of £50.00 per person is required to secure a booking. It is non-refundable unless covered under the terms of an insurance policy.
We operate a completely ‘no-smoking’ policy throughout the hotels, balconies and patio areas. We ask smokers to respect this at all times.
Arrival and Departure
We will endeavour to have your room available from 2pm on your day of arrival and we respectfully ask you not to arrive at the hotel until this time. Please vacate your bedroom by 10.30am on your day of departure. The management reserve the right to remove luggage from rooms or levy an extra charge if not vacated by this time, unless previously agreed.
We have limited private “off street” car parking available, and spaces are subject to availability. A car space must be reserved at the time of making the hotel booking. Most spaces are free of charge & in some cases smaller and more difficult to access. Whilst every effort is made to book appropriate spaces to suit the individual vehicles this cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally it may be necessary to retain a set of car keys at the reception to allow delivery access. The hotel cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any vehicle, passengers or contents however caused.
We would kindly ask guests to limit the weight of suitcases to a maximum of 20kg (44lbs) to enable the safe transfer of your luggage.
The hotels have both residential and restaurant licences that allow us to serve alcoholic drinks to residents only. Drinks are available up until 11.00pm.
We do not allow pets in The Hotel Elizabeth with the exception of guide/hearing dogs. We do however accept dogs in The Kingswood & Devoran Hotel. We charge £7.00 per dog, per night, this does not include food. Dogs are only allowed in the bedrooms and not the public rooms.
Charges apply to all cancelled accommodation – please insure your holiday.
Cancellations within 14 days of date of arrival Full payment of total reservation
Cancellations within 15-30 days of date of arrival 50% of full payment of total reservation
Cancellations within 31-60 days of date of arrival 25% of full payment of total reservation
Cancellations with over 61 days before the date of arrival Deposit will be returned less an admin fee of £10 per person
Charges of amendments to reservations:
A £10 per person administration fee with be charged
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the security of the building, we cannot be held responsible for guest’s personal effects. Please use the room safes provided.
Damage to hotel property
In the unlikely event of deliberate damage to the hotel property, we reserve the right make a charge for repairs or re-instatement and to ask you to leave the premises.
Circumstances beyond our control
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking without liability on its part in any event beyond its control. In such an event the Hotel will refund the deposit paid, but will have no further liability to the guest.
